Salary:

Competitive salary (benchmarked every 2 years)

Location:

Abergele, North Wales

Private Health Care:

You’ll be covered under our Executive private health care plan

Pension:

The choice of a defined benefit pension scheme or a defined contribution scheme (LGPS or SHPS DC) or a personal pension payment

Non-pensionable flexi pot:

A flexi pot with the equivalent of 10% of salary to use for a car allowance

Holidays:

33 days leave a year plus statutory bank holidays (we usually close over Christmas, so you’ll need to take 3 days leave to cover this)

You’ll have access to a range of health care benefits through our scheme, currently provided by: UK Healthcare and Employee Assistance Programme

L&D:

We are committed to colleague development and offer extensive training to support you to do your role or progress into other roles as well as sponsorship for formal and professional qualifications

Professional Fees:

We will pay your annual membership fees of one recognised professional body linked to your role, per year

Probationary period:

The role is subject to a six-month probationary period, during which the notice period for both parties is one month. After successful completion of probation, the notice period for the role is six months
